Sometimes I get stuck in thought spirals that have cascading momentum, like a river of ideas, decisions, reflections & options. When faced with what can feel like a cacophony of mind activity, I seek clarity & do this by considering these different aspects of thought as fruit...
So I consider what is just right, what feels light, not over ripe, under ripe or damaged but appealing & if it doesn't meet this choice criteria it doesn't make the grade.
I find that taking my time to choose my fruit helps me on my path to clarity away from the cacophony that life can create from time to time...
