Carol played an integral role supporting one of our productions; as well as providing space and support for the individuals in our company, she also helped and supported me as a producer and manager, ensuring we as a company reached the best possible outcomes for the people involved.

Carol has worked on eight productions over 12 months at Shakespeare's Globe & her work on Globe productions has become essential.

As Wellbeing Lead for show companies, Carol offers fantastic support to company members & creatives that require confidential 1:1 wellbeing sessions, as well as de-roleing, supporting cultural conversations & holding space to delve into challenging themes of plays.

Carol plays an important role in diversity & inclusion work at the Globe, both within show companies & has run a series of Communication Awareness Training workshops for staff to support the continual development of an inclusive working culture.
